Rutledge Falls is located about 8 miles southwest of Manchester, Tennessee, across the street from the Rutledge Falls Baptist Church. Although on private property, public access is allowed at your own risk. Limited parking is available. The falls area is a very short, easy walk from the parking area.

Preparation:
- The barn area is not accessible. Good photos from the fence only.
- The path from the street to the creek bed is short but challenging and especially slippery after a rainfall. Scrambling over boulders required.
- Going downstream requires climbing over boulders and stepping in shallow water. Very challenging.
- The falls area is very slippery.
- Bring old shoes for wading. Sandals not recommended.
- No changing area for wardrobe changes.
